Instructors Kevin Showell or George Effrem will stress the importance of safe techniques in working with wood. They do a simple relief project that they choose first and then do more advanced projects as time permits, learning to use hand-carving tools – chisels, gouges, and mallet to best advantage. The three 2-hour sessions are held once a week. Tuition cost: $60.00. Average tool cost: $60.00.;
